Maura is pictured with her children Lilly and Jed (James Edward). Maura's development company, Lillian James, is named in honor of her greatest accomplishments - two people beautiful inside and out who inspire her daily.

Meet Maura - Designer & Developer

Maura Respess strives to create beauty in all that she does. In 1999, Maura started a home decorating and design business. She loved, and still loves, creating beautiful and comfortable spaces that calm the soul and bring families together.

Maura’s decorating business, TEC Interiors, stands for Timeless, Elegant, and Comfortable – because those words best describe the spaces that Maura creates.

In 2014, Maura came upon an opportunity to build upon immense natural beauty to create a truly special living space - with breathtaking views and a slower pace, yet close enough to Savannah to enjoy the amenities and culture. She was sold. Maura's father, business owner and developer, Martin Miller, advises Maura with a strength of experience and financial stability.

Maura approaches development as she does home design- with a finished product vision that guides each choice. The goal is Timeless, Elegant and Comfortable - a place where families enjoy their lives and each other.
